Check-In *For first time clients and returning facial/spa clients, please check in 20 minutes prior to your appointment.  *For returning brow and make-up clients, please check in 5-10 minutes before your appointment. *As a courtesy to following clients, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available time and will be charged the full service fee. Cancellation Policy *Your appointments are reserved exclusively for you.  As a courtesy to other guests, please cancel or reschedule as requested.  If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please advise 48 hours prior to your appointment.  Notice of less than 48 hours will result in a charge of the full amount of the service reserved.  No shows will be charged a 100% fee. Payment Policy *We accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX, and bank debit cards. *Gratuity is not included in service prices.  If you desire to add gratuity to your credit card, please inform us at the time of checkout. Cell Phones and Pagers *Please respect the tranquility of our studio space.  Please place your device on silent mode during your visit.  Safety *Please inform us if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure heart ailments, medical conditions, or prescription medications that may be contraindicated for massage, skin care, or heat therapies. Also, please inform us of any special needs as they may effect your choice of services. Age Requirement *We kindly ask that guests be at least 16 years of age to schedule and/or enjoy our services.  Younger clients will need to have a parent or guardian present for their treatment. For Your Pleasure *The entire studio is a smoke-free environment. Attire and Valuables *Spa wraps are provided for your comfort and enjoyment for all facial treatments.  *All clients scheduled for a facial treatment are advised to bring contact cases, storage solution, etc. to insure eye comfort during their treatment. *Gamine Beauty Bar is not responsible for damage or loss of your personal belongings.
